Holy crap, this is a good song. And I don't mean that in an, "I'm -insert emotion here- and I can relate to this song" way. This song takes you in all sorts of different places. It brings out all sorts of completely independent emotions throughout the course of it, and it gets at some really compelling topics concerning religion and free will.
