Is there a CD version available of this album? I'm not a fan of downloads and want a hard copy with a case and a disk? Please let us know how to purchase a CD?????? I'm willing to buy the 2 disk "Summit Borderline/A Drop Oceanic" and the new one "Resembling the Icons" but I don't want MP3s from Itunes or whatever... WHERE DO I GET A CD? Ya'll are some great song writers... Let your fans know what's up...............
