Masters In France is an alternative band from the UK that released their debut EP, Inhale, in September 2011. Though an ironically misleading name suggests otherwise, Masters In France actually originate from Bangor in Whales.
The band has been together since 2009, but began officially releasing singles two years later. They write and perform in both English and Welch, while their music is driven by bass lines, heavy grooves, heavy riffs, and crisp blending vocals. Like their cover of “Playin’ With My Friends,” the rest of their music is energetic, musically complex, and well produced. Their current single, “Mad Hatter,” has been rolling for over a year with heavy support from BBC’s Radio 1. The rest of the EP is full of great songs with influences from a variety of genres ranging from dark heavy rock to pop and dance.
