No, sore throat made fun of D.R.K for signing to Emi. Sore throat and Electro hippies are a mix of punk and metal, that's what crust Punk is.

I'd say they're my #1 favorite out of the alphabet thrash metal/crossover bands (M.O.D., S.O.D., etc.)!

I've always enjoyed how the vocalist sounds like some thrasher/surfer dude with thrashing guitar sounds. Of course, awesome thrash drum beats and thrash bass!
