Bármelyik eseménynél találkozhattok az alábbi kifejezésekkel:
Super Early bird, Early bird, Limitált elővét.
Ezek az elnevezések elsősorban azt jelölik, hogy az adott áron kínált jegy korlátozott darabszámban érhető el. Amikor egy ilyen típusú jegyre kattintasz, majd kiválasztod a mennyiséget is, akkor az bekerül egy virtuális kosárba. A kosarad tartalmát 15 percig tartjuk fenn, ez az idő áll rendelkezésedre, hogy a vásárláshoz szükséges adatokat megadd és ellenőrizd, esetleg más jegyek között is válogass még. Ha ez az idő letelt, akkor kosarad tartalma automatikusan kiürül és újra elérhetővé válik mindenki más számára, aki jegyet szeretne venni.
Ha még az idő letelte előtt eljutsz az általad választott fizetési felületre, akkor ott, egyedileg megszabott idő áll rendelkezésedre hogy megadd kártyád adatait, és véglegesítsd a tranzakciót. (SimplePay: 10 perc, Saferpay: 10 perc, OTP SZÉP: 10 perc, K&H SZÉP: 25 perc)
Ha ez az idő is letelik, vagy úgy döntesz, hogy mégsem fejezed be a vásárlást, akkor az érintett jegyek újra elérhetővé válnak mindenki számára, aki jegyet vásárolna.
Így hát, amikor reggel tíz órakor, mindenki a Super Early Bird-re kattint, és akár két perc alatt kiírja a weboldal, hogy "ELFOGYOTT", ez csak azt jelenti, hogy minden jegyet bekosaraztak, de még van remény, mert a fentiek szerint egyáltalán nem biztos, hogy minden jegyet ki is fizetnek. Ezek a jegyek aztán visszakerülnek elérhetőkként.
Ez a magyarázata annak a helyzetnek amikor két perc alatt "ELFOGYOTT" pecsét került a Super Early birdre, Te pedig ezt látva megveszed jegyeidet az aktuális elérhető jegyáron, de 15 perc múlva újra elérhetőként látod a Super Early bird-öt.
Érdemes tehát kicsit kivárni, ülni a gép mellett, mert még sikerülhet! Annak ellenére, hogy egyszer kiírta a rendszer, hogy elfogyott!

If you buy your ticket on budapestpark.hu, you don’t have to print it out. You just have to show your ticket (QR code or bar code) on your mobile phone to enter the venue.

For any event, you may see the following expressions:
Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Limited Presale.
These names primarily indicate that tickets offered at a given price are available in limited quantities. When you click on this type of ticket and then select the quantity, it will be added to a virtual shopping cart. The tickets in your cart are reserved for 15 minutes, during this time you have to provide and verify the required information necessary for your purchase, or you can browse and select among other kinds of tickets. Once this time is up, your cart will be automatically emptied making the tickets again accessible to everyone else who wants to buy a ticket.
If you get to the page for your chosen form of payment before the expiration time, then there is an individually set time limit for you to provide your card details and finish the transaction. (SimplePay: 10 minutes, Saferpay: 10 minutes, OTP SZÉP: 10 minutes, K&H SZÉP: 25 minutes)
If time runs out or you decide not to complete your purchase, then the relevant tickets will again be made available to anyone who wants to buy a ticket.
For example, if at 10 am, everybody clicks on the Super Early Bird ticket and two minutes later the website shows ‘SOLD OUT’ – that means that all the tickets have been added to the virtual cart. There is still a chance, however, to buy tickets because, as mentioned above, it is not certain that all tickets will be paid for.
These tickets will then be made available again.
This is the explanation for the situation when Super Early Bird tickets are labelled as ‘SOLD OUT’ after two minutes, and when you see that, you buy your tickets at the next available price, but 15 minutes later, you see that Super Early Bird tickets are available again.
So, it is worth it to wait a little in front of your computer, because you still have a chance to get the ticket you want even though the system shows it as sold out.
