BBC Radio 1 presents In New Music We Trust Live from Newcastle Upon Tyne will take place from Thursday 4th until Saturday 6th March where we will be showcasing some great live music and intimate shows over the three days from several venues across the city.
Presenting shows live from Newcastle will be Zane Lowe, Annie Mac, Trevor Nelson, Pete Tong, Tim Westwood, Nick Grimshaw, Judge Jules, MistaJam, Kutski - plus some of the hottest live acts and DJ's around - it's going to be big!
Zane will be kicking it all off on Thursday 4th from 7pm from Newcastle 02 Academy. The show will feature live performances from The Futureheads, The Courteeners plus a special guest.
Then he'll hand over to Nick Grimshaw who will be live from the upstairs room at the Academy - he will introduces Chapel Club and Frankie & The Heartstrings to the stage.

Friday night is dance night and Annie Mac's show will be coming live from a secret location in Newcastle - more info on that in a couple of weeks!
From 9pm, Pete Tong will be broadcasting live from Digital nightclub with a super hot dance line-up including Delphic, Japanese Popstars and Crookers featuring Roisin Murphy.
From 11pm, Judge Jules will be live featuring Giuseppe Ottaviani plus Will Atkinson.
And from 1am, Kutski will continue the live broadcast from Digital with a DJ set from Alex Kidd.
And if that's not enough, from 3am we'll be broadcasting a special Essential Mix featuring In New DJs We Trust DJs Alex Metric and Kissy Sell Out.
It's a massive night of dance music!!

Trevor Nelson will be in Newcastle on the Saturday night to broadcast his show from a secret location, more news on that in the next couple of weeks!
That night, Radio 1 and 1Xtra will be hosting a free event at Newcastle Student Union with Tim Westwood and MistaJam.
The night will feature a live performance from Donaeo with his band Dynamix plus performances from Skepta and Giggs - more names on the bill to be announced - its going to be big!
