On the 27th February, ahead of their upcoming tour with NYPC and Is Tropical, their impending Metronomy support slot and their subsequent tour with Crystal Antlers, the magical T∑∑TH have conceded to grace us with their presence. Danceable, dirty electro punk is what these guys seem to do best; described by Loud and Quiet as ‘climbs-the-walls punk mashed with the electronic and the cosmic, jarringly garish but intriguing with a bit of sexy and fun as fuck’ these guys are hotly tipped, as Lady Gaga would attest to (if her Twitter account is to be believed that is).

The Sticks
The Sticks are a stripped down garage party band from Brighton. They bash drums, sway on the bass and claw at guitar - often swapping over instruments between songs live - and yelp with melodic abandon and delight. Signed to the marvellous Upset the Rhythm, The Sticks were recently dubbed as 'semi-amateur', this may be true. With cheap, unreliable equipment they manage to tease out a cacophony of crashing drums and raucous guitar melodies.

The Medusa Snare
Leeds’ finest The Medusa Snare are ex-Manhattan Love Suiciders, A.J. Miller and Rachel Barker, and John Perry, E. Max Broady and Daniel Leach Morris. If you miss the Manhattans, there are still echoes here of their melodic noise tendency but Adam and cohorts bring in a wider spectrum of influences to create fast and melodic indiepop with balls. Their dark melodies, floaty and uplifting, drift among a reverberating, tumultuous sea of cavernous noise. In the vain of The Pains of Being Pure at Heart and the eerily sombre Crystal Stilts, The Medusa Snare is, equally, a force to take heed of.

Relics
Think Jesus and Mary Chain coupled with the intensity of Ian Curtis and you’ve got Relics. An uncompromising art noise sound with roots in shoegazing, tempered with industrial styled echoes, described as a band with more good ideas than they know what to do with they are definitely ones to catch, now.
