The Antlers were incredible...Peter Silberman's voice and stage presence were so captivating and the band's sound was flawless. Also, the songs from the new album are so much better live than they are on the record, which probably explains why so many people weren't as thrilled with the new album.

That's a tough one. Probably various live versions of "The Party" or... well actually just the closing three tracks on Actor, played in that order. Those three will always be magical to me.

of Montreal is awesome. Some people are turned off by their quirkiness but it's what gives them a very unique sound. The vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Kevin Barnes is remarkable at what he does. Sunlandic Twins is the album I first started listening to when I was introduced to of Montreal about 6 years ago, it is reminiscent of The Beatles and has a synthetic psychedelic pop rock sound that makes me feel very nostalgic - I really like it. Hissing Fauna is a bit more psychedelic and gritty but equally as awesome. I'd recommend checking out these two albums front to back - they are an experience when listened to in their entirety. Let me know what you think!
