Be the first on your block to join my very newest group: [group]Immortal Rock Vocalists[/group]. The connections are based on two rock lists at www.digitaldreamdoor.com: Top 100 Male Vocalists & Top 100 Female Vocalists. The connections are complete: the radio is still under construction. Place note that you will hear some non-rock on the radio, because this is based on vocalists who may cross over into gospel, soul, funk, pop, and country. The connections are individual artists, but the radio will include any bands or groups they are associated with: in many cases the band is better known than the singer. The lists are the opinion of the authors and are sure to inspire discussion and dissent. Good! Bring your opinions and your own lists and jump into the fray!

CBL's new album is epic! arived today with free incense and they send you a postcard if you live in the u.k. talking of which ultimae night at inspiral lounge 4th june, interested?

not sure what Phil's getting at... slightly creepy :D For starters Carbon Based Lifeorms blows me away, the stuff on notch was good but World of Sleepers is stunning. perfect for the long Leeds train journeys, I also think I saw colourform by HIA in your list somewhere, also amazing. Brian Eno, Solar Fields, Amorphous Androgenous, Aphex Twin, Sync24 and I like most ambient house projects affiliated with Matin "youth!" Glover (unless you meant the rapper ;))and co which sorta' includes the whole system 7/Alex Patterson thing. Plus I want to get into sphongle when I get some money. Oh and before, I forgot to mention 76:14 by global communication , A rather blaring omission I must admit. :)

Not that I make a habit of stalking Phil's friends, but it appears we share a common interest in ambient :D may I recommend the orbs adventures beyond the ultraworld, lifeforms by Future Sound of London, biosphere substrata, space by Jimmy Cauty, chill out by the KLF, the album spiritual high (the song with the same name by Moodswings based on Vangelis) and john foxx cathedral oceans, ooh and biz baz boz zambiant 5: music for supermarkets and buss shelters of course.

We have now medium compatz Behold my medium face :|

We have VERY high compatz!!

I know that... You mentioned them at the Adrian Edmondson gig, which was why I told you I was :). Dunno what I listened to, though; 9/10 tracks. And I've downloaded their best of to give that a listen at some point.

It's on my Christmas list :p. If not then, then probably anyway :). Hope my guitar playing doesn't suffer as a result :(. Am listening to Ozric Tentacles, btw... Are awesome!

http://www.jewsharpguild.org/ - mentioned it in subway :). 'tis an awesome instrument. there's a link there to listen to some, as well.

I know my music taste isn't perfect :).
