x - am enjoying your library. thanks very much and regards...

I agree with the Nice Taste, mainly becouse we can find a brazilian singer there, on his library... hahaaha

Hey, that's okay! I'm glad to see Bruce Cockburn somewhere down there on your list. He's really hit a nerve with me lately. :)

I'm happy I helped somehow. It's always a nice thing;) so I see you love 'lost in translation'. So do I. Amazing. I'm always impressed when something can be so intense with no words. Peace to you, my friend:)

Yeah, don't know where that came from. Tripped across something on the Ramones and decided to take a trip down memory lane...

Wishing you peace and happiness in the new year!

Happy New Years, Doug and the best for the coming year. Can't beat starting the year with the long awaited release of Blade Runner (Five-Disc DVD Ultimate Collector's Edition) eh? - yeah, sweet!

A bit belated, but welcome to the [group]Bruce Cockburn[/group] group. :)

Hi Doug Yes very nice tracks indeed LOL..Thanx for stopping by :) & for you're radio I found by chance ;-) smiles at ya :))

Hey thanks for the recommendation. :) I'm really liking Bruce Cockburn. I'll have to listen to your station soon. ;)

Hi Xpecting2fly. Indeed it is a pic from hubble & I love Kurt's books! Can't wait to pick up the new Neil Tomorrow!

Yes - it's an Om. Namaste to you...

true. ;D

Hi, Doug thak you and you to -:)..........

Ahhh, jazz piano. You go LB!

Liz Story just happened to show up on most of the tags I played. Some of the tag radio I played would turn out to be about 40% Liz Story, so her plays racked up really fast. The xpecting2fly, are you a pilot?

Yes, that is my son! He just turned 5 months old (he was 2 months in the pic)... I am not sure I would say that Dear God represents Xtc that well, in fact is different from much of their catalog when it came out, but the disc Skylarking is considered by many to be their best, Todd Rundgren produced, and is fingerprints are all over it...

Hi again! Xtc did do Dear God, but they also released so many great records before and after that. If you don't have any of their stuff, give it a shot! Great brit pop, before the term existed...

thx for the shout man!

The avatar is extracted from one of my sketch pads. I do 100s of ink drawings to keep my hand steady. It's rather like a musician running scales in various keys and/or 'practicing' etudes. Once in a while I color one in - you know, the 'coloring book' thing. I've never outgrown coloring books!

Thanks! I do listen to a lot of music, I listen all day, it makes the work day go so smoothly! I ran an independent record store in the mid to late 1980's, when everyone was replacing their LP's with CD's, it was a fun time, but for me it was a hobby while I finished my education, so i spent 10 years in school... LOL enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by! Looks like you are just starting to build your lists, enjoy!

Thanks, DF. Hey, you might want to give one of my friend's radio a listen sometime. Seems like you two are more on the same taste-o-meter. Check out [url=http://www.last.fm/user/intpmann]intpmann .

Hey Doug, I'm doing well. How goes it with you? I've always meant to ask xpecting2fly - as from the old Buffalo Springfield?

xpecting2fly... nice name :-) Thanks for listening to my song(s)! If you liked them, come back again in the next few days, I am just uploading new ones :-) Enjoy!
