yeah...thats why i went to Switzerland.... have cousins who live there and didnt want to risk them not coming to the uk! what do you think of the latest album? i personally love it and is close to being a Favourite

Oh there's no need to thank me. :) Maybe you should thank Sigur Rós! But yeah, I agree. Even for me, there's no one I know that loves Sigur even half as much as I do. But I love talking to people about music. When I recommend an artist to someone and they start to love that artist, then I'm delighted that I helped. :)

Me too. But I can wait another year or two. Although, I wouldn't complain if the rumour that they're releasing a new album in 2013 was true! :) Sigur's music is so beautiful and amazing no matter what 'style' they do it in. I haven't actually heard Brennisteinn yet, but I've heard only great things about it! I'm waiting for a good quality audio before I listen to it. And I'm a bit nervous, haha. I would love if they released an EP before the next album. Like they did with Hvarf/Heim. And if Brennistein could be on it! :)

No, Sigur never disappoint! Over the past few years some of my favourite artists have released albums that just didn't love up to their previous work, which made me nervous when Valtari came out. But it didn't disappoint at all. It's truly beautiful! And apparently, Sigur will be releasing another album in 2013 that is completely different to Valtari. Georg called it 'anti-Valtari.' Sounds exciting!

I do love it. :) I have the audio downloaded, but I haven't bought the DVD yet. I think that will be next on my list though. What do you think of Valtari?

Ah that's good! I've actually just bought it recently. I figured I love it so much that it had to be in my Sigur Rós collection. I also bought Go Live by Jónsi. :) I've never seen the DVD, so I can't wait.

Haha. Have you listened to Jónsi & Alex's album called Riceboy Sleeps? It's probably one of the most beautiful albums I've ever heard.
