cool zombies. at one point (2004?) I had seen every zombie movie listed in imdb. -Jake

unsold books or research books? I won't sleep next to unsold books. what sort of stuff do you write? I write the sort of fiction called non-fiction. -Jake

hey can I stay in your basement :)

I am a grad student north carolina.

unfortunately I don't have any vinyl either (lost) and I live 2000 miles from my mothers basement. I just wanted to pretend to be one of those guys because the truth is much worse. -Jake

interesting to scary folks that hang out in vinyl record stores and live in our mothers basements. their I meant their Mothers basements Don't shake me lucifer nice I was just listening to that. -Jake

can, this heat, swell maps, kraftwork, neu!, faust, hawkwind, T-rex, the united states of america, white noise even David Bowie have folk or folky origins. folk -> freak folk -> kraut rock (really german freak-folk) ->industrial. the world serpent label (Dave Tibets thing) put out alot of the new weird america stuff.

I am a reformed goth girl chaser (someone that chases reformed goth girl or someone who no longer chases goth girls?) I went to the goth clubs in the 90's but my taste was more punk post-punk. I just liked the eyeliner silent movie star thing. although there is a strange chain of bands from 60's freak folk to 90's industrial. united states of america, can, current 93, pink dots kinda form a continuum. but uncut goth is a bit hard on the senses. -Jake

he is a lawyer in florida now. what is your musical story my listen gave me a few hours of freak folk then tones on tail? reformed goth? :) -Jake

Pearls Before Swine is one of my favorites, yes. :-)

You are my number one neighbor. I love Tom rapp. like enough to marry him. -Jake
