Alright, I think I have an idea of what you are looking for. Globus has great music. Feel free to check it out and let me know how it goes. You seem to be liking Nightwish which is like my second favorite right now so based on that I could give you a few more bands with nice symphonic instrumentation eventually. But check Globus, I think you may love them.
