Wow lucky you! getting to go to LA, that'd be amazing. I'd want to get a tattoo at LA Ink if I was there =P that's the only time I think I'd ever get a tattoo, is if it was on a trip, by a famous artist. haha yeah, electricians are the highest paying trade I'm pretty sure, I know the offshore workers (doing instrumentation) get up to 250,000 a year. Which is insane! and you're in an office? how does your whole law degree work in relation to work placement? How tradesmen go to TAFE one day a week and work as an apprentice for the rest of the week. And I'm not really into Facebook, but my aunty made me one and added all my family to it =P She was putting it on me ages to make one, until finally she just said I'm making one for you haha. I guess that'd be the best way to talk, with the facebook messages yeah? rather than here on last.fm for everyone to see ('hi world!!' =P)

haha I've always been a long responder. and aww aren't you nice =P no my sisters didn't wake me up bright and early thankyou very much (surprisingly). Had a massive day/night though, it was like a new years eve party last night haha, around my aunties with all my family playing pool all night, music going. Got home later in the a.m.'s, I was written off half of today lol. Hopefully you had a good day too! =) I think soundwave is the best, Big Day Out doesn't compete, the line ups never seem to be as good. Though I went to last years soundwave and omg, it was the best ever, this year was a big disappointment, but to be fair you cant top last year. Just sucks because my uncles are into the same music I'm into, and they didn't want to go to next years soundwave because of the line up, though I'd still go for a day/night out, but have no one to go with. Yeah I think I'd definitely choose Europe for a Contiki trip, it'd be a lot more diverse than America in comparison to Australia.

And just by these messages we have so much to catch up on! A couple years leaves a lot to talk about =P send me a pm if you want, I don't know what you use to communicate with these days, stopped using Hotmail messenger a long time ago, all I use now is texting haha

things, now I know I'll be happy being an electrician, not the most fascinating thing, but it's better to have a trade and something to fall back on, and its no something anyone can do. It also allows me to keep music as a hobby! But yeah its impossible to keep your passion 100% of the time, as long as you can regain that passion you know you're really love that profession/hobby. Yeah I guess it is effortless just to keep the scrobbles on, there is something satisfying in seeing how much you actually listen to a band/genre, and your compatibility with others, which ours is an impressive "VERY LOW" might I add =P that's never changed since the day I signed up, you're still yet to gain a decent taste in music it seems, I kid! haha you need to go to a Soundwave and listen to some of the bands I'm into, its its hard not to listen to a band after seeing them live! and yeah I've been keeping busy, cant wait for it to be done, still have a couple years to go. I'm going to plan a contiki trip to either America or Europe for when I fully graduate, just go away and travel while I can.. Something to look forward to. Wow though a 5 year degree, though I'm glad you changed to something you'll be more passionate about and happy doing as a career =) it's too hard knowing exactly what you want to do after high school, which is why I'm glad I spent some time doing different

just need that "fate" like tonight to happen where I find that band mate where it just clicks, or I need to make it happen idk! haha, though now after wasting time doing all that I'm studying, becoming an Electrician, a good career and trade to fall back on while my hobby is music =) I'm guessing you've graduated now?

hahaha omg no not creepy at all, that's just insane, I like to think I'm making my own decisions and not on a set path, but "fate" stuff like that is just ureal, just as you have a dream about me I randomly think about last.fm, catch you on at that exact time and send you a msg. =P OMG I wish I was touring around Australia!! I'm still into music/guitar, for a while I was still pursuing teaching music as a career, was going to go to the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, couldn't get in at the time so I got into the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), met that girl from Three Wishes who was on X Factor/Australia's Got Talent, played guitar for her while she sang in class. But I hated making music "work", lost some love for it and got out of it before my hobby and passion turned into just a job. It needs to my escape which it still is =) just need to find a band, I want a drummer with a garage or "spot" to jam. I've got 'millions' worth in gear and really know how to play =P
