I liked the intro to that video, it reminded me of Inside the Actors Studio minus that monstrous sycophant James Lipton. Oh and I knew I would live to regret that Les Dawson comparison. .

I think Last.fm's censorship drones delete links. .But there's a rockin' Pan Sonic gig on Fab Channel: www.fabchannel.com/pan_sonic_concert

Isn't that Daniel Padden marvellous? I'm very fond of the melody in that one you were just listening to.

ok i finally visited that keiller exhibition which was interesting. it's 5 projected interactive screens. you can explore different cities in GB and watch old film footage documenting specific areas (ala mitchell & kenyon and lumiere type films). it's the perfect thing to do for about an hour if you're waiting for a screening, but probably not worth a trip down from sheffield in and of itself.

i never seem to be able to make that keiller exhibition as everything i've been seeing lately at the bfi is after 8 when the gallery's closed. i just saw keiller's london tonight which was very good. i imagine the exhibition would be worth the trip if you also went to catch a screening of something during the day. apparently they have a wim wenders retrospective next month...

I've always wanted a pictorial representation of my move from doom folk to twee pop. That's real pretty.

Yeah, I think 'across' would have been much more appropriate. Did you make it to SotL? Despite it being much too bright in Urbis, I didnt spot you anywhere!

Im good at awkward, uncomfortable social interaction, Im sure some nodding can be arranged. I saw Acid Mothers Temple at Urbis last week, I found the venue rather sterile. Hopefully they will use a different area of the building for SotL and it will be less brightly lit!
