I just started taking vinyasa classes. I've done kundalina a few times and have been doing hatha yoga for years. I want to learn more about vinyasa though. I really enjoy the teacher and her studio. But when I practice yoga on my own I do a bit of everything I how. I have a few friends who practice "Nichiren Shoshu" Buddhism and I chant with them. Not so much as of late. I really should get back into it. When you chant you look directly at the Gohonzon and once I was chanting a few hours and staring right into the center and the text turned into a home and a Budda like figure opened a door to welcome me in. One of the most intense moments of my life. Chanting just shakes all the stress loose from your body.

kundalini yoga is great. Do you ever do any other kinds? Or do any chanting/?

I wish i could get into Gang Gang Dance. Autechre isn't everyones cup of tea. They have a mass catalog of stuff that charts a kind of versatility but to like them you must really like electronic music and other genres associated within the big old umbrella of experimental. The best i can say is I think Oversteps and Move of Ten- there most recent albums are pretty accesible and Oversteps is gorgeous and gentle unfolds after many spins. They have many Ep's too that can work as starter courses before you can consume the heady meal that would be some of their more challenging records like Confield. which sounds at times like ants inside an aliens ass.
