The past few months they've been releasing some snippets of their forthcoming record ''Murder Of The Universe'', by the way, might be something for you to check out if you haven't already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zUPTPlkqDg // https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rd3vwwXArMQ

Yes, that's going to be one hell of a show! :) If you're looking to get into their music a bit more, have a listen to their records ''I'm In Your Mind Fuzz'' and ''Nonagon Infinity''. If you prefer their less heavier side, ''Paper Mâche Dream Balloon'' and ''Quarters!'' might suit you more. Hell, their complete discography is brilliant, and their live performances are even more intense.

I do not live in Amsterdam, by the way, but hey, distances aren't too long here in the Netherlands.

Cheers, mate! Likewise. If you're into the later Talk Talk, you should definitely check out Bark Psychosis, in particular their 1994 debut record ''Hex''.

"...What kind of music do you enjoy? Things that have a certain insipid optimism (...) The quick gratification of every vaguely aroused wish - prompt, cordial satisfaction before the will has even been engaged. Is that how the world works - like pretty melody? That's merely flimsy idealism."

Hello Slgma, I love watching korean historical dramas. Among them, I was very impressed by Jumong - Prince of The Legend and Lee San: The Wind of the Palace, in particular by the character of the King Lee San. It's so nice that such a fair and equitable king had lived in your history! I admired the performance of Lee Seo-Jin. I think he's a very talented actor...

Hello dear Slgma, no problem... you can write me when you want. I love Shostakovich's works. His symphonies are magnificent; among them Symphony No. 7 "Leningrad" and Symphony No 11 in G minor, Op 103 "The Year 1905" are my favourites. I also love Symphony No.5. And Suites From The Film Score "The Gadfly; Five Days - Five Nights" album is amazing. I see you listen to great classical pieces of music and the other songs<3 You have wonderful tastes in music. Have a nice weekend!

Dear Slgma (your name?), In fact, I love Far East Cinema very much. I have seen most of the beautiful movies at the Istanbul Film Festival. I have discovered Kim Ki-duk, great director, in this way. First I have seen The Bow, then Time and 3-Iron "Empty House", Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring, Dream. I loved all his movies. He chooses real life as scenario but creates artistic films. By the way I recommend you to listen to Fazil Say's Istanbul Symphony on Spotify. Here is a piece on this album. Fazil Say - Istanbul Symphony Op.28: I.Nostalgia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXqUcHkZG4I All the best :-)

I live in Scotland at the moment although I'm originally from England. Yes, I'm a classical music fan, although its something I only started exploring a few years ago. I'm normally into the big romantic composers like Beethoven and Tchaikovsky but recently I've been getting into the baroque-era composers like Bach and Vivaldi. So much to explore, so little time. :-)

Hello, I'm glad you liked my profile picture. Sorry I don't know who she is. I found it from the site pinterest. And I did not know that the famed conductor Claudio Abbado has dead. I'm really sad to hear this news. I think artists have not only one country, they are also universal people. His death is a lost for the musical world....
