Um... Nothing much. Just been out of school for about a month now and not really done too much... Though I do really need to be looking for a job... I've been working on a couple music videos though and went to a screening of Conan the other day (Death Cab was the musical guest)! Awesomeness all around. And I'm doing some volunteer work at some awesome places. Also some concerts I'm super excited for are coming up! How about you? How's life down under been?

hey Simone! Things here are pretty good I guess. Just about to start a two week holiday from uni, although I have so much due afterwards that it barely seems to count. Big stressful day today trying to finish off a 3000 word essay by 3pm, thankfully I got it done, albeit scrappily. Both bands are doing well too, so that's mainly all I spend any free time doing. Bare Grillz get to play with Grouper/Songs/Blank Realm in a week or so, and My Disco later in the year. Which is completely amazing. How have you been?

Ah, jealous! I saw Jamie and Angela walking down the stairs near the bar, but I was too timid to say hello / ask for a photo. Haha. It was such an amazing show, I couldn't be happier about the set they played! In Lust and Sad Pony are two of my favourite songs. And yes, High Places were great! Kind of love with Mary Pearson now.

Yeah i actually got a few good High Places ones, being right up front and all. We retreated to the balcony for Xiu Xiu though.

oh yeah, it's always the way with famous-people pics though. She was actually pretty shy and quiet when we met them, the guy did most of the talking.

oh jealous! we ran into both of the guys from high places and got photos with them :)
