Heavily involved with mk ultra using lsd as the catalyst. the fans are proof of the cult like manner they were trying to create. if you don't think so there's plenty of evidence of the grateful dead and multiple other bands from the 60s. Even the jones town massacre is connected to the CIA and mk ultra. It is obvious why the music sucks so bad and only loyal fans will protect it. Phish is the same way- shitty music and loyal fans that claim that u just don't get it
