Salute, if you love the music of Dmitri Shostakovich and you have it somewhere in the top of your charts, you're invited to the Shostakovich-group: http://www.last.fm/group/Shostakovich+l+%D0%A8%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87+l+Schostakowitsch?setlang=en with best regards, П.

good good music

hey, just popped on to upload some new tracks, and i saw you were listening to If These Trees Could Talk. i saw them live about a year ago and thought they were basically a heavier EitS. which hepled a lot. what do you think?

Thanks for the shout - great lists - huge variety (just checked out your eclectic score: http://anthony.liekens.net/pub/scripts/last.fm/eclectic.php?user=seinin 97/100 - very eclectic!) Do you mind if I add you as a friend so I can keep an eye (ear) on what you are listening to?

I've been procrastinating, haha. I still have the lists your guys gave me. Haven't had a chance to sift through them.

Dude, the last.fm software tells me you're the top Les Luthiers listener. Right on, hahaha. :D

Book M was a major disappointment by SC3.

I'm glad. They're a band with admirable motives and their means aren't bad either. To tell you the truth I was getting a little too obsessed with how my charts were spread and which artists was showing in my top 50 and which wasn't. It was getting silly.

how do you like Dirty Three?

You've got some great stuff in your charts ... Mt. Zion, Godspeed, This Will Destroy You, 65daysofstatic , DMST ...

it may not have been directly to you... :slow: but yeah, dirty three and because of ghosts are worth checking out.

Yeah, I don't really get the deal with Slint either. I might need to give Spiderland another listen though. 65 and DMST are pretty great but the former I only want in very small doses. Did you ever end up looking into those Australian ones I think I mentioned a while ago?

I'm glad you think so. They bring me a lot of joy. They have a very nicely calculated form of brutality that falls short of any cliche. You seem to be more and more into the instrumental rock nowadays, huh? Also, SFtF are awesome. You've been listening to Sings Reign Rebuilder I assume?

I always thought you were younger, so look at that. Let's be friends. xx

generic message to all my new friends: i love you guys! thanks for your acceptance of this old fool. :)

:highfiveemotefromdA:

HAHAHAHA, so do I. The lyrics sung in english sound awful and the sax solos take all the spontaneity of the original songs.

FRONTERAS DE LA CIENCIA. I love that one, man.

WTF happened to my post? Anyway, yeah.

Did you know Avalancha is on Guitar Hero III as a bonus track? Pretty cool.

Haha. I think you should listen to the tracks Samba Briza, you can probably guess why from the title. :D

That's because I went through a artist-picture submitting phase. :D Some artists just have bad pictures up. It was my duty to fix that.

i know i do!

Ah, I see you liked Renaud Garcia-Fons =)

(Look at the feet)...AVENUE?!

Unfortunately, all the music shops I visit don't stock a single thing Zappa. =\

Hey, what's your favourite Enisturzende Neubauten album?

Nevermind. :/

Holy shit, we're Super. :o

hey there buddy :)

Shiloh is fucking awesome. :)

You obviously need to listen to cooler music, then. Seriously speaking, though, I think you should give Jaime Cuadra a listen. He remade some classic Peruvian songs into an album (Cholo Soy) that sold amazingly fast in Peru (which is hard to do, really). See if you can get your hands on it. Or, if you're that lazy, I can send you some tracks.

Sup, man. It's magentalane from dA.

Hey Seinin. Which album do you recommend by Captain Beefheart and his magical band?

My favourite is Tinderbox, but Juju is more representative of their sound.

last week or so we we're low compatability... mmmm mmmm mmmm mmmm

I do not understand why we have a Very Low compatibilty, I scrolled down your charts and I listen to atleast a third of what you do -_- ... I agree on the DSO, they'll probably be popular in Metal circles, but unheard of outside.

The Diablo Swing Orchestra is great. However, I only see them being mildly popular, they're too weird for the masses :P

I'll also have to check out a lot of your list. Especially Diablo Swing Orchestra, that sounds awesome. The first artist in my list you should check out is Atheist. Unquestionable Presence is the best album I have ever heard.

I know (and like) every third artist in your list so far :) Do you also think Bloc Party is a poor Gang of Four knock-off? I do.

Hello(from lima-bean), nice charts so far:)
