that explains that then! noticed that wild beasts got played the other week and i think only me and one other person seemed to know the words, everyone else was like WTF is this aha, well have fun at wild beasts anyway, i heard the support bands are meant to be good especially erland and the carnival? i've not heard any of their stuff but might as well check them out!

yeah i know what you mean, thing is i quite like certain mainstream stuff too so i'm not that fussed, i know more ppl going V too so i chose that one but probs go leeds next year (unless i'm a poor poor student). the liverpool one is easier for me but i think manc has a better atmosphere so i always end up there haha, yeah i go lux sometimes! only 18 in may though so it's pretty much the only place i can blag myself in, once i've got ID i'll probs be expanding my horizons ;) the music in lux is pretty good for our tastes but most of my mates don't hold the same opinion...

Yeah, went to hot club, but only watched Dutch Uncles. Also went to Nexus to watch Hatcham Social and it was where the new manchester music scene was, EHH, DDD and many more, plus Tim Burgess was there too haha. x
