Oh, oh, go look up Explosions in the Sky; specifically, get The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place. It's post rock, like Sigur Ros, except no singing at all. You should also get some Pixies into your collection - Doolittle is a requirement for existence.

I was gonna recommend Thievery Corporation, but I figured you'd already know of them and searching through your library, lo and behold, you do! Bah.
