I'd start with his first and go from there. It's a more traditional "only piano" kind of album, his newer works utilize other instruments more, I think? Still working through his discography myself. 😛 But I like his first two albums more than his latest after a few listens. Yes! The album does feel a bit disjointed at times, kind of erratic, but that's his music in a nutshell anyway. I loved most of the collabs, all artists I fuck with. Really hope it's not going to be another 5 year wait for a new album, though...

III was definitely in my top...3 of that year, I'd say? :P I'm not a huge fan of their first LP, but everything after it is top notch. Ludovico is wonderful, I'll listen to anything he puts out...I recently got into this other pianist's work, Joep Beving. Great stuff. How do you like the new Flylo?

Totally agree on Beach House I felt like I was in a trance watching them lol, they were incredible live. I've been to a lot of live shows but one that I always say and always sticks out to me is Paul McCartney. So amazing seeing all those classic songs live

I noticed you've listen to a fair amount of Moderat's 3rd LP, but make sure to check out their second, titled, you guessed it, "II" - because it's my personal favorite of theirs. I do really like III though.

Isn't it? Love the whole album. Pushin' Against The Wind might be my favorite track though.

I can't resist some good Pop music and I've been a fan of hers since I was 10 (wow) so it's a little sentimental for me :') but yes i love it. Absolutely love Beach House too, I saw them a couple months ago they were amazing.

Did you find anything interesting while poking around in my library? I listened to your library for a while, but it was too scary. Actually it was sort of interesting, but it played me mostly tracks with vocals, and I mostly want instrumental music these days. Maybe I should spend some time poking around instead of just hitting the play button.
