yeah the cool was great...lasers was alright...he still spit over techno/pop beats but some of the hooks should have been sung from someone else or diff people on features..i just laugh at lupe blaming the label that he was forced by them to make lasers...if he wanted to do his way he should of made a mixtape that was lasers he wanted but nope lol..so now he could use the label as an excuse to why it didnt sell much or why it sucked for the hip hop elite/purist lol smart move....nah never heard of put on series...pretty good

And metal in general or just Opeth? Heritage took a very different direction, there is no growling or screaming on it, it's more of a progressive rock/jazz fusion album then a prog metal album. It's still VERY good of course, I mean, it IS Opeth. I'd suggest checking it out and giving it a listen, you might really like it. I miss the brutality of Opeth but they are so technical and well-versed in what they do that I can't complain.

Metal is definitely my forte, if you ever need recs in regards to that I can help you there. But yes, there are SO many different sounds to explore in music, you can't restrict yourself to one genre, there's so much to discover! I love instruments, but electronic music is definitely on the rise, and it can be distorted so much that it can span a ridiculously vast range of diversity, I love it! I spend way too much time listening to music, but I think it's a healthy and interesting hobby! Echoes of Silence is super catchy, I'm sure you'll like it after a few listens.

well what kind of hip hop u like? main stream? underground? conscious stuff?... looks like u were listening to wale...his latest tape The Eleven One Eleven Theory came out in august... j cole album came out, domo genesis tape came out as well as smoke dza rolling high, big krit mixtapes are good...phonte and 9th wonder albums came out..and Charles Hamilton tape came out..those are just some stuff that popped into my head but idk what ur preferences is or taste lol...who do u like to listen to? :)
