I think it was Metallica's Black Album. Yours?

urm........tbh i dont really know 100/200 maybe alot of bands i have seen more than once...where you from?

nice music taste

Yeah! My music taste is ridiculously obscure. I like everything from Jazz to Hardstyle, to classical to generic pop.

Thanks! I love the old crooners, nothing like them any more!

Thanks, I'm mostly a 60s soul fan but dip my toes in a lot of different stuff. Including Siouxsie & The Banshees in fact, done a lot of listening to them in my time (*puffs pipe, dons slippers wistfully)

Most of them are, yeah. Would recommend TruThoughts Records, Freestyles records, The Bamboos, Quantic Soul Orchestra, Alice Russell, for starters. See the artists listed in my recently played tracks for other recommendations cos its all MAGIC!

Glad you like it - a squirrel with a gun is always a good thing (albeit dangerous). As for the tunes - been in a bit of a funk mood recently, some brilliant stuff coming out of Brighton and Leeds just now, esp. the TruThoughts label, and stuff like The Impellers, Bamboos etc. You should download some of it, good for a party

Sounds good, nice place Bournemouth! Might have to go there instead of Exeter ha.

Ahh I can forgive you. Haha yer the rest of your life teaching fat kids chips arent good. Bournemouth a good night? Didnt even know that had a uni.

I know that is the only plus to what is a pretty shit job. Your a student you have to drink and eat piss poor food. Thats a decent course that, especially with all the fat kids about these days you'll easy get a job. Then you can go into Sports and all that if you wanted. Sorry once again for filling your shoutout box!

Oh decent, what course you doing, you living there? Jesus I'm a nosey fooker ha Works hectic seen as I work in a bloody supermarket (yes my Degree has got me nowhere) I used to like Xmas!!

Yer, signed up to it on holiday- when I was also wasted. Bit of a common theme here. The Reps bigged it up massively but surprisingly I absolutely loved it, even if half the stuff there I wasnt really into. You at uni or anything? I'm clogging up your shoutout box here!

Class! Although I was pretty wrecked. It was at that Big reunion if you've heard of it!

Oh shit thats bad!. I havent heard their new stuff, might have to check it out if you like it seen as we're similar in taste like. Last album I bought was Rooty. Yer I cannot wait for Prodigy, I'm not too fussed about Muse at the moment seen as its so far off, but when its closer to the time I'll be buzzing! I saw Chase and Status the other month, as well as a DJ set from Pendulum that was fair good as well!!

Decent. Sorry for all the questions. How were Basement Jaxx?

But Timepiece betters all of them?!

Haha oh its a definite then! Is there any Indie clubs? Proper Studenty in Exeter isnt it?

Haha class. I'll let you know when we're down :P

Err not great. lol. The only plus, is that its right close to Manchester. We played Exeter the other week. We're looking at going down there for the weekend. Is it a good night out?

No I agree, a speeded up version of that. That is a quality song as well :) Where abouts are you from?

You too. well obviously if we're Neighbours! Heads will Roll, can't believe I've found someone whos listened to it nearly as much as me lol.

Oh sally you and your catface :) new one isnt that great tbh

Yeah j'ai agree, i preferred it when they had a bit of a harder edge but there's still some belters on the new album. In particular i love dull life and soft shock. The acoustic version of which is amazing. But the best for that is little shadows it has has this particular melancholy that comes through with the strings which i car'nt get enough of lol. Yeah obviously i gotta admit that i think that Karen O is really hot. But obviously a great front women too, not just visually. Which is why i intend to get a close to the front as i can, lol. Also big fan of Nick Zinner's i dont' actually care that im here stage presence, combined with him taking pictures of the audience when he looks particularly bored! Have you seen them before or seen the live dvd they released?

Dam right! as far as i'm concerned Pharrel can do little wrong, lol. No matter how ridiculous some of it sounds. I dont wanna think about how many times i've heard 'In Search of....' What's your opinion of the newest Yeah Yeah Yeahs album? i kinda miss the guitars to be honest. Have you heard the acoustic versions of some of the 'its blitz' stuff that is either on spotify or the deluxe version of that cd? I reckon that work really rather well. They add a bit more depth/emotion than the rather ordinary at times synth that album has.

Hey there, yeah none of my friends are as into the YYY's as me either! I was too slow to get London tickets, so ended up going out on a limb and getting them for this gig. Maximum respect for having Everyone Noise as your top played track for the last 12 months!

Thanks a lot! Seen everyone of those artists you mentioned live as well, all stunning. Your Profile isnt too bad either :)

Glenn Miller is a genious, haven't got anything by him though , trombone wise, this guy is awesome http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPJZa16wOqU&feature=related but thats not really jazz lol. And I'm now listening to Jimmie Lunceford and enjoying it =D and i don't know why i didn't reccomend these guys, The Correspondents! Its likea DJ and singer who do massive swing beats and they're so awesome, I saw them last month and they were mindblowing, the recordings don't give them that much justice though, they're more a live act but this is them http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=279225063

yeh www.myspace.com/gabbyyoung and www.myspace.com/weusedtomakethings =) Enjoy
