Ha, you mean who got me into playing drums in the first place? I think I can trace my obsession back to 2nd grade, when this hotshot drummer played this phenomenal solo for "The Twelve Days of Christmas" at a concert. Took me nearly eight years to finally get on a drum set, but I think that's what set me off. Not to mention, my brother's garage rock band would practice in our basement, and I was always jealous. But they were mostly influenced by classic rock staples. I discovered indie/postpunk/alternative/everything awesome about the 80s on my own, really about a year ago.

My top six tracks are ones I practiced heavily this summer.

Oh, rock, mostly, but I dabble with Latin and jazz beats, as well. Favorite drummer? John Bonham, hands down. Closely followed by Keith Moon.

hum caught my eye in like 95, 96 mtv video late night...stars. i have always had eclectic taste in music. and i remain open minded. saw hum in newark delaware ;) worked in bars with lots of live music and i traveled to philly a bit for shows.
