Dodos are a must see live and it looks like they are finally in your neighbourhood maybe they are doing more than these two shows. Familiar with Akron/Family? Yea they are pretty wicked. I saw them play live a couple weekends ago and I was blown away by the energy of their live performance. Their recorded music is a bit more laid back.

What is up my Aussie amigo? Cool new band I discovered due to them touring with the Dodos called 'Au'. http://www.myspace.com/peaofthesea They remind me a lot of Animal Collective in ways. I'm pretty pumped with they open for The Dodos this coming October. Yea I know I'm a big douche bag but it's not my fault it costs a small country for any band to travel down under.

yeah totally. i don't like comparing it to converge. because if you compare anything to converge it always seems crap in comparison. on its own though this cd is very very good. do you know which tracks have abe on them?
