Yes it does have that Macca look! Lloyd is an all-time listen for me - I turn to him whenever I need something truly reliable, like on a journey. I have read a novel, The Fortress of Solitude, whose main character is called Dylan. Blue Nile, I don't think it gets better than the staggering 'tinseltown in the rain' but the atmosphere of that whole first LP is special, and maybe the second LP also; I love 'downtown lights'. 'In love we're all the same ...'

How nice to see that you have been listening to some of our songs - as well as the essential Dylan and Lloyd Cole. That guitar was a Hofner - not sure what model - that I borrowed from The Legendary Jim Ruiz. I like how you've noticed it - it does have an appealing slimness. I used it the previous night also, supporting LD Beghtol on a couple of songs.

Glad you liked what you saw! I found a good guitar sound with a lot of reverb, and I think Pamela sings really well on those clips.

The Pines? I thought it was the best set we'd ever played. The Softies were on after us. Best band of the whole tour: The Aislers Set.
