Yes i car camp. I think after this year i will get a hotel though. The camping experience is nice but waking up to 200 degree tents is no fun. Especially after a long day or night of partying. Well i think you should go and create an experience for yourself. Don't base your motives of going or not going on other peoples experiences. Bonnaroo looks cool but idk how well i would do in hot and sticky weather, thats just gross. lol. The one that really catches my eye is Lollapalooza. That one looks really sick. You should change that and hit one up. Its totally worth it

Oh no no. Im only going to week 1. I wish i had enough funds to make it to both weekends. I wouldn't give a rats ass about school. I heard people were on stand by for like 2 hours and stuff, thats just crazy. They should have bought pre sale. It's definitely between 09 and '11. If i had to choose one, It would definitely'11. Kanye West and Arcade Fire were ridiculous. You should definitely check it out in the near future. It is an excellent experience

I am about to quite possibly sound extremely pretentious or something of the sort, but these are my honest feelings on the God is an Astronaut show. It really felt like a nerdy space metal show, rather than anything post rock. They didn't play any of their more post rock flavored tracks (i.e. "All Is Violent, All Is Bright), which is of course, what I wanted to hear... They played great, don't get me wrong, just not the tracks I wanted to hear. That's my take on it!

I just now noticed your comment about the Boris show on my blog. haha But yeah, one of the best shows ever. Glad you had a good time too.

Yes I do! Just listened to his second mixtape the other day. Wasn't immediately hooked as I was with the first one, but still awesome. Do you listen to Frank Ocean or the Foreign Exchange? You would like them if you're into the whole soulful hiphop/R&B thing... I actually grew up in Korea. Moved here in '01. And yeah, Pomona has its charm for sure, especially (what is left of) the old downtown. I'd love to live closer to the venues in LA though, haha. I don't mind the drive/traffic but the amount of $$ I drop on gas really breaks my heart
