fucking mint! seriously seriously appreciated...with society reaching the point is has, jaded by constant information overload, battered by people the earth over all wanting their piece of the pie that they think they are owed, and peeps reduced to URLS, profiles and 140 character summaries, it's a ray of light to see others not only 'get' what we are doing, but enable us to keep doing it...so ta very much! x

Hi, I noticed from your profile that you're fond of wonderful noises made by the likes of Future Of The Left, Mclusky and Pixies. These are some of our biggest influences, and ergo we might be right up your street, have a listen and let us know what you think. http://www.last.fm/music/Fashoda+Crisis Sim Fashoda Crisis www.myspace.com/fashodacrisis

hey, how are you? did the snow give you a day off? stupidly, I battled the elements (almost slipping and breaking my neck on numerous occasions) and made my way in to work for the last few days. grr :|. thanks for sending me the mclusky tracks :) I managed to get a hold of mcluskyism - which is absolutely cracking :) I'm loving "she will only bring you happiness" - can't stop listening to that at the mo :D

(i swear you're my music guru!) hell yeah, frank's a nice guy. i've also sent many many rants of my own and he always replies :) did you like his previous band, million dead? :)

Oi, nice Future of the Left play-count, though you appear to be selective in your track-choice. Personally I like to play the whole damn album front to back and wouldn't want to miss out on small gems like Suddenly It's A Folk Song. Unfortunately I haven't seen them live since March 2007 for SXSW (at least I saw them three times in a row then.) I sure wish they scheduled some U.S. dates :-(

damn, i really gotta keep up with this site. i tend to forget it's here. i'm familiar with a number of those groups you mentioned, like don caballero, built to spill, death cab, sunny day real estate, etc. Jets to Brazil is actually one of my favorite bands; Jawbreaker almost as much. i'll check out the rest.

Yeah The Black Keys, are definitely inspirational. Without them I wouldn't be in a band. Please tell me if there are any shows closer to London.
