dappled cities was an impulse buy a couple weeks ago. i try and get something new whenever i go to the record store here (they have a good indie section!!). Anyway, I *do* like it. Especially the song Work it Out. I'll sample some Red Riders too. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nah, I've been into them before I signed up here. Speaking of Threadless though, I planned out all my purchases the day of the sale. Then the next day- EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT; including Communist Party, which I've wanted for a long time. The ones I'm planning to get now are (if they aren't sold out): Nineteen Seventy-Five, Their They're There, and,Flowers in the Attic.

So GLC is pretty entertaining! I listened to Guns Don't Kill People, Rapper's Do and def. will listen to more. In the meantime, you should check out some 'serious' rap (w/ a social conciousness), search Aesop Rock on myspace, his whole album is available, I think.

Yeah, I looked up Operator Please, The Audrey's, and Augie March on myspace a while ago. The only song that stuck out to me was A Song About Ping Pong. I have an album from John Butler Trio though- that's the only Aussie band I have.
