Mmm, well, it depends on what you're into. I love the standard second-wave goth-rock bands [artist]The Sisters of Mercy[/artist] and [artist]The Mission[/artist], but you've probably heard them. [artist]Elusive[/artist] sounds very similar I think, and the singer had a great voice. [artist]All About Eve[/artist] is beautiful, but it's a lot more folk than goth I think. If you like neo-classical, you might try [artist]Qntal[/artist] and [artist]Helium Vola[/artist]. They're kind of electro-medieval music, with really lovely voices.
