Since you listen to Dengue Fever you may also like reading my article on Cambodian music. http://www.laboratoriummuzycznychfuzji.com/2013/06/labopedia-muzyka-kambodzy-panstwa-w.html If you like it you may also click "lubię to" button to like my website (on the right handside of the page). i'll check out your project. yeah it's funny we met at that marnie show two years ago, talked about going to other shows and never saw each other again. i'll probably be at that marnie stern show though.

hey man. what do you think of the new marnie stern? have you checked out that highlife (white magic offshoot) thing?

i honestly didn't care for it too much on first listen, what put me over the edge was the new video/song he posted on his youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI8AF42slGU. After that i've kinda been hooked. Checked and enjoyed Grouper as well, very cool stuff.

you may have heard of them, but i think you'd like Forest Swords (check Dagger Paths EP) for some reason. It's like a much grungier, darker version of strategy. Our musical compatibility is 'very high' right now so i can give you music advice...

also i'm gonna be in yer city by the lake very soon and i'd love to see you and get wasted on PBR in the can, just how you like it. what's the possibility that could happen?

i listened to yer coughing eye, eyeing eye, jumping eye, capital i, weeping eye music. All jokes aside I really like it. Especially the songs where I can kinda hear you doing your high yelling voice in the background. I'm sort of mad at Shoenecker for having a harmonium. I want one and I want it bad. Crunkster is making some much needed adjustments to our plans and we should have some new fun stuff really soon.

Hey thanks for the kind words it means a lot to get feedback for the blog since i just started it and when you put something out there like that you don't always know if anyone is seeing it at all or what they think about it so its nice to hear back. I guess you know what I'm talking about since you maintain a website yourself. (really cool work too). The rug was designed and produced by Lise Lefebvre.

you missed a pretty good show. she didn't play long but her stage antics are hilarious, as you probably already know. she basically played every song from the new EP except 'trust me' and 'sea talk' from last years EP. also, i knew she was young but i didnt know she was like 5'1 and could probably pass for 15

hey Paxaran, happy to see that you like Univers Zero, not that famous here. I must say that I cannot listen to them too much, a bit too heavily depressing for my taste. But there are some good band in the RIO movement that I have just started discovering, like Aksak Maboul. I am very much into Fred Frith too lately, especially his solo albums for early 80s.

i totally loved the tsar bomba EP by zola jesus. when the spols LP leaked i remembered being kind of disappointed because it wasn't as intense as the EP. but i rediscovered it lately and it is pretty excellent. way better than i originally gave it credit for

yeah, she was great, although the tween hipster fucks mainly there for AC weren't that receptive. i hate when people talk over an act that doesn't interest themnshe played false horzion, disenganged, the newish song from the other recent split single, and i'm pretty sure a bunch of newer stuff i'm not familiar with. not sure about the show you mentioned, but i'm gonna try my hardest to make it to jay reatard and also sonic youth at the end of the month.
