Kill The Moonlight is actually my fav Spoon album so there you go. When are you getting that on vinyl? If you're not a massive Gruff Rhys/SFA fan I can see the benefit of watching the film, gig, app, book to enjoy the album more. I just love the album. You're not wrong, if it reminded you of Spoon then thats fine, its whatever you feel inside your heart and mind. And balls. You could argue that and I would argue it's an alright comedy. You never need to see Ted. See, Nostalgia for the Light could easily have taken Ted's place! Weird. I just think from the book the big reveal makes a lot more sense, although we are shown this in the film when it first happens it wasn't a twist I particularly cared about thou thinking back now it does work. I guess I was just expecting a proper murder mystery who done it kind of thing, or at least the big reveal to last most of the film. I agree with what you said about social commentary / rolling news, I did really like that. I kind of wish I read the book first to see what my reaction would have been, if I would have been equally 'the fuck is this?' or if it would have made a different impact.
