I haven't been to any gigs this year! I just went to Laneway Festival in February, but the music scene is either so boring lately or the bands just don't come to Perth. I'm going to see The Preatures next month though, which I can't wait for. Check out the song, Is This How You Feel?, it's so happy and dancey! Glass Animals would be insane live! I'd love to see them. You should also check out the Tycho remix of Ulrich Schnauss' song, I Take Comfort In Your Ignorance. It's so dreamy!

Ahh, such a good mix! Did you see their mix of 1901 and Ignition by R. Kelly at Coachella? I thought that was cool, brought back some good memories, lol. I'd LOVE to see a mix of Love Like A Sunset and Bourgeois. That literally sounds like the most perfect thing ever.

I am so obsessed with Bourgeois! I can't listen to anything else. I can't even remember the last time a song really did this to me. I remember being at Good Vibes when they were promoting their Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix album saying this was their last show before going back to France to work on their new album. They definitely did well!

Oh, I had no idea it was the guy from Beach Fossils! Well, it would explain why I love DIIV, lol. Wild Nothing are really great, I don't really know their songs by name, but I just really enjoy the albums as a whole. I bet the Paris Pitchfork Festival was amazing! I'd love to go there someday... good music in my favourite city in the world? What could possibly be more perfect?! I prefer Tamaryn's second album, I'm Gone is such a beautiful tune.

DIIV are amazing! I kept hearing about them, but never checked them out until a guy at work said he was really into them at the moment. How good is Wild Nothing's new album? My sister told me about it. I'm really loving Tamaryn at the moment too. So much new good music out right now!

I am! I didn't even realise they were playing at Parklife until a couple of weeks ago, lol. I guess because I didn't know them then, so I didn't play attention. I can't wait!

Yes, definitely! I'm not completely obsessed with them (yet), but I absolutely adore I Belong In Your Arms (I discovered the Japanese Version of this song first, which I just loved and made me check out the whole album) and Amanaemonesia. Definitely a band worth checking out. :) I may download their older album later too.

Sorry I didn't reply any sooner. The new Bloc Party is really good. At first I didn't like it and the first two songs don't have the easiest sound I've ever heard from the boys...and I didn't really like Octopus, but now with the full album it makes much more sense. Still I think, especially with the heavier songs on the album (like So He Begins to Lie, 3x3, Team A...) they don't have that lightness and coolness they used to have on their previous albums. On the upside, I've really come to like songs like Real Talk, V.A.L.I.S. (this MUST be a future single!), Day Four, We Are Not Good People and both bonus tracks Mean and Leaf Skeleton. I also have Straight Thru Cru and Lean, which were included with the Octopus single, but they're really just b-sides in my opinion. But I hope to get Black Crown when Four is officially released, maybe that'll be another good bonus track. It's on the iTunes preorder version... If you need a download, let me know but I think it's all over the internet.

I know, right? I'm loving this album. It's so different from their first. I think it's more serious but a lot of people are hating just because is different. Have you read the article Pitchfork made with their singer? It's amazing!

i only knew one of future unlimited's songs actually, cos i looove when it calls but yeah i'm listening to something else now, i really like "the coast" think i'll have to download it! what ones do you like? and i think the same about bear in heaven... i love love love about 5 of their songs but the rest are a bit boring. yeah i listened to not the same and i thought i've heard it somewhere else before? its not really their normal style i like it actually haha

I love that feeling of listening to a new album and being all happy that you don't want to listen to anything else, but that band! You know that's a good album! I wasn't that big a fan of their self-titled album, but Sitting is such an amazing track! I see you listened to it a few times, it's so great!

I absolutely loved it, of course! I can't name all my favourite tracks yet because I've only listened to it once and there are so many! So far, Intro and Steve McQueen stood out to me the most. Oh, I loved Midnight City as well. I see you're listening to Before The Dawn Heels Us, one of the most epic sounding albums EVER.

Haha, I know, but I NEED to see Neon Indian live after hearing Fallout. Like, I am so, so obsessed! My Contiki tour doesn't go to a lot of European countries I want to visit! It's just going to be a general visit for me to see the main things and then I'd like to go back and explore the cities I liked the most and go to new ones too. It doesn't go to Prague, which I've heard amazing things about and I also really want to visit the Scandanavian countries, especially Sweden. Poland is close by, right? I'll visit Poland then!
