Weezer were pretty consistently great before they started to slide. I've only heard a little bit by The National, but they sound interesting and good.

So, I just heard Tom Waits' album Alice. He has a different, but great voice, great music, but most of all, what I really enjoyed are his great lyrics.

Btw, you should also try his "Good Bye Lenin" ( http://www.mediafire.com/?dze1omymajj ) It has a similar approach to Tabarly.

I like to separate his film scores and other albums aside. In the film ones, he follows the theme of it and doesn't get as creative as he does in his others. Why I hold Le Phare, for instance, that high is the creativity behind it. But yeah, Tabarly is a great one and I knew you'd like it. With the film it's even alot better, though I don't think the film has English subtitles.

It's from a soundtrack that he wrote for a film by the same name, Tabarly, you MUST hear it. http://www.mediafire.com/?5oo9bjtj0qm When you do, remember to tell me what do you think.

The thing is, this the first true real example of an Opera dating back to the early 1600s. That is when Opera was trully defined. Also, it might help you to check out the story upon which it was based, that of Orpheus. ;)

Well... I'm not sure if these are something you consider good but let's try. I'd recommend Sonata Arctica's newer stuff. Their older stuff is pretty much power metal but nowadays they have some progressive and interesting elements in their music. I don't have their latest album, but I've heard that it's pretty interesting! Still, I'd recommend their Unia-album, which was released couple of years ago. Other good bands, hmm... Amorphis, Leverage, Tarot, Sentenced... Stratovarius also, but I'm not sure if it's for your taste. I could go on like forever but maybe that's enough for now :)

The thing is, I don't store a thing in my media library, I just press play and stuff. Look at my list, honestly, you'd find no "Requiem" plays..
