I think Person X can have more songs in common with Person Y so Person Y is listed in Persons X's neighbour list BUT Person Z has even more songs in common with person Y but different ones to Person X so Person Z is listed in Person Ys list and not Person X's - I'm sure there was a much easier way to explain this.
