Aw, thank you! From what you've seen of mine, who/what are some of your favourite artists/albums that you'd recommend I listen to?

Depends what you're fancying! I'd go with at what's been in my ears a lot for the past year; Shellac's - To All Trains (a farewell transmission due to Steve Albini's passing. A bittersweet, short and marvelous containment of stop-starty noise rock). Placebo - Without You I'm Nothing (late 90s alt-rock with stellar production). Richard Hawley - Richard Hawley (Fantastic album with a lot of chamber and soft rock elements compared to the others I've suggested). I've been really rating Bent a lot recently for that downtempo, electronic itch and lots of good local post punk bands my way (Kikker, Only Fools and Corpses, Shlug).

Sorry, I largely stopped listening to music due to a deep depression. I hope to get to this.

Just had two weeks without depression! But also worked a sixty hour week lol. Maybe if things are chill soon I will look at these. I do appreciate you taking the time to recommend them. :)

I haven't done the work to see your tastes, but CocoRosie are really obscure and really awesome. Very weird though.

Hey sad cretin man, your loathsome comment to me on the Springsteen page, it inspired me to read some books by former mental health nurses, in order to deal with weirdos like you better. Thanks!

Why dont you have a blog about your days out you had with your Muslim friends, if you love ISISlam so much. Why do you prefer to sit on here lobbing lame taunts at Trump supporters? If you agree with every assertion I've made about you, please indicate by taking ages to reply or by being really "terse" and brief, or by ignoring me, or some other way that refuses to answer the question. Thanks!

Wellllll. Let me think. Mates of State and New Pornographers are pretty awesome, if quite poppy. If you want some darker 'punk cabaret', the Dresden Dolls are rad. Even if you don't like the sound of that, they're still awesome. I rather like Hot Hot Heat, I gather they annoy some people, but oh well. Róisín Murphy, ex-singer from Moloko is pretty good, especially her first album (the second is mostly dance stuff). Fiery Furnaces: experimental pop. Oh, and Garbage and Magic Dirt, for some older awesomeness. Hmm, this list is rather girl-dominated. Oh well, it's like affirmative action.

The Wonder Years soundtrack is purdy. It has a few cheezy cloudy oldies but most are quite good, annnd the music made for the actual show is really nice, too. All acoustic guitar-ish and Kevin and Winnie's sad love story!

Hey Brad! You'll note the photo is cropped in to hide my fat face! Cheers for the comments on the music, I see you've listened to some Sigur Ros, I'd really recommend you listen to the Hvarf/Heim album - the new acoustic version of Von is amazing. New album out later this month too. :)
