Laura Palmer??!

Greetings from the dusty past. I see this place still looks a godawful mess.

Also Techno Animal 'Radio Hades' '98

Suggestions yes, In terms of hip-hop, Company Flow 'FunCrusher Plus' '97, 'Little Johnny From the Hospital,' '99, Wu-Tang Clan (parts of) 'Wu-Tang Forever' '97. In terms of avant-garde noise/industrial/post-punk, Scorn 'Anamnesis' '99, Ice 'Bad Blood' '98. This is a very interesting thing that Sweatshirt is doing right now, very much inspired by where spartan avant-garde electronic was in the late '90s, but with modern resources. Absolute respect and of the time, time to kick out the garbage from the pop channels.

Also your profile gif is possibly the greatest thing I have seen on the internet haha

Thanks for the Da$h recommendation. He is definitely very similar to Earl, but you are right that Earl in his own lane. I've looked around and even though there are other people doing depression rap, they all have different rapping styles and production styles. Think I will just have to keep replaying IDLS.

Saw your shout on Earl's album. Did you end up finding any albums similar to IDLS?

hi... just talked to him. mahleria "understandably" doesn't like the revamped website very much. He might send you a DM.

hello... I hadn't actually realised that he (Mahleria) wasn't using Last Fm much anymore!! I'll try to contact him and will get back to you !!

Thanks for stopping by and for the friend request. I see Herr Direktor Mahler made quite an impression on you... ;)

Hey,. see you stopped by. Listening to some Townes, give the tragic Jackson C Frank a listen if you get a chance. The album "Blues Run The Game" the first 27 tracks. The rest were recorded on a battery powered cassette recorder while Mr Frank was institutionalize. Pure Genius in my opinion. http://www.theguardian.com/music/2014/jan/09/jackson-c-frank-tragic-tale-forgotten-60s-legend
