btw, it looks like those who do concern about memory and being honest, shoot documentaries. those who wanna make a commercially-successful movie and who care about exposure, # of viewers and budget, shoot motion pictures.

...another, but i saw no logical link between them. also, some facts were mentioned ther with no background explanations given. so this made me feel that the film is a little inconsistent and torn. like the director had some time limits and was forced to hurry with the scenario writing and video shooting.

you know, i think there are other, better ways to show what was inside the head&soul of an artist, what thoughts pushed him suicide - but these are kind of 'indirect' ways: we can analyze the music, the lyrics, re-read interviews, watch a documentary and bring some guesses, and thus create a hypothesis...

great - you get me! an artist, in my opinion, should not discover his real self to others: his listeners build kind of image in their minds based on his art and the lyrical characters he use in the music, with all their complex traits and values. showing his common 'behind-the-scene' life, in most cases, destructs this image and reveals that part of an artist's personality which is...

...that can catch your attention) - and i thought it was more of a melodrama, a film about ppl relationships, but not of an artist, a musician and his contribution to the rock'n'roll. anyway, i might be wrong cause i managed to see only first half of the movie and got bored)) but, i must say, i loved the beauty of some moments - the visual part of the movie is brilliant, sure :)
