That's what I thought ;) Green Carnation is fantastic! That's a norwegian band, and very proggy. And Devin Townsend or even better, Devin Townsend Band, especially the album Synchestra! That's a little bit heavyer stuff. And of course Riverside! They are a bit like POS, or no one can be like POS, but guess you understand :P You should check out all these three! Got more suggestions also, just ask!

Well... I listen to them, but i acyually don't like them. I liked them like 5-6 years ago, but they will always mean something special to me, cause they kind of introduced me to good music. So I don't know if you like Power Metal? I just like/listen to their old albums, but I have everything they ever made :P I think they're funny :P But perhaps Ecliptica if you wonna check them out?

Now I've listened to Systematic Chaos a couple of times, and I'm not getting it yet. I just kind of feel I've heard it before... A mix og Octavarium and TOT as you said, together with Muse and James LaBries album. Far from their best albums!

and The Ministry of Lost Souls ... AND. Speaking of new albums, I also recently purchased the new Rush album. But I haven't really listened to it enough yet

Hmm... I like it! I think it's pretty good. I like it better than their last album, I think. Not sure where I would place it otherwise yet, but it's grown on me. I actually just have the songs downloaded, lol. BUT I want to go buy the ACTUAL album! So... hmm.... What do YOU think of the new DT Album? Oh, also I'll add..so far I think my favorites are prolly Dark Eternal Night, Constant Motion

Ehm... I recommend The Quiet Offspring, or perhaps light of day, day of darkness, which is one 60 minutes-song. I guess the last one is the most progiest one, but the first is perhaps easier to start with! =)

Oh man... I'd love to see Rush this summer...! But I don't know if I COULD or not. :S Depends on where they're going to be and stuff. (I guess I'll have to go look that up) Where are you seeing Rush at??

Nice! im glad you like him. he's my fav musician for sure. if you liked ? you cant really go wrong with Testimony or One. His lastest Sola Scriptura is pretty good as well. im on my second listen so i cant really comment further on that. but get Testimony or One. they are both amazing albums.

I would definately go with her first CD, only because I love the jazzyness in it. Her second one isn't too bad, it has a bit of a country twist to the jazz in it, and her latest one I don't have, but want sooo badly.
