Oh man, Dead To Me are just my most favourite band in the world, they're perfect! Moscow Penne Ante is an awesome album (mainly cos' Sam Johnson is in the band now and he is one of my favourite musicians of all time, check out his old band VRGNS, their album Manimals is excellent!), but after MPA I would recommend checking out the Little Brother ep, every single track on that is pure gold. Let me know what you think, any DTM fan (especially one who is based in the UK) is someone I want to know!

Aww yeah it is gutting they've split. You heard of Freeze the Atlantic? Made up of members of Reuben and Hundred Reasons, still in their early stages, pretty good. And the Reuben DVD is it the Live at Aldershot one? - Hilarious! .. Also, totally having a look at your upcoming events, Jimmy Eat World at Leicester, so tempted to go!

heyy, yeah start with their album futures, all round its a stunning album and fairly easy to get into. then head onto their self titled album which has some great hits of 'bleed american' and 'the middle' as well as some slower songs too. that should get you started :) ! hope this helps! x

Yeah, I have Streetcore, but I've not got anymore despite always knowing that it's one of the things I need to listen to more of.

Personally, I'd go for Revolution Rock or Jimmy Jazz, but almost every song on that album is brilliant. As for other albums, Give 'em Enough Rope and Combat Rock are the next best, and The Clash after that. Sandanista!! has a lot of complete shite, but a couple of hidden gems. Do not even consider Cut the Crap, I haven't. Also, check out some of their singles, (White Man) In Hammersmith Palais, Complete Control and Bankrobber are 3 of their best songs and they never made it on to a studio album (if you excuse Robber Dub on Super Black Market Clash).

Today was indeed a good day. The Flatliners and TGA is always a good combination.

I'm going to try (emphasis on try) to listen to all of the originals before hand in a custom made playlist, then Streetlight. After that I'll make a "double album" alternating between the original song and the Streetlight one just because I can.

Yeah I do. I'm interested to see how a Ska-punk version of a Radiohead song pans out. That and a cover of a Paul Simon song. Can't wait. Even when it's released we still have another 88 songs to go. Shame we'll still be waiting for it to be finished in about 2036.

I have. They're damn good. I love the version of Here's To Life. The piano bit in the middle is great. If you didn't know, the new Streetlight album is out soon. I love the cover. All of the track names are incorporated somehow.

It's awesome. It's much more serious than the DK stuff, but Biafra's still got it. Check the music thread.

I am, yeah. Hombre Lobo was a bit disappointing so hopefully it'll make up for it. I think it's part of a trilogy. Dog Faced Boy, Dog Faced Man, Dog Faced (Old) Man.
