Cheers as well! I can't wait for the Exitmusic gig in Mancs. Possibly the gig I've been looking forward to most this year as such as intimate venue as well. Should be incredible with her voice! Wouldn't mind seeing Beach House in Boston mind ;-)

I did go to Osheaga. Santigold was pretty awesome. She did the most "performing" of any of the groups I saw. I mean she was the only one with dancers, costumes, super high energy. I also enjoyed Sigur Ros and The Jezabels. Florence & the Machine seemed good, but I was standing at the other stage to be close for Sigur Ros. The Dum Dum Girls were pretty awful... There were too many people. And the stage areas were too far apart. But I will probably be there again next year; it's in my city after all. Did you go? What did you think?

So you can tell me how it was with Beach House in october :o) (I guess amazing, hehe). Any other nice concerts you recently saw? I saw Swans in a quiet super good club named Berghain. That was fun, loud and impressive.

Haha, I know a lot of them struggle with English, but it's their first language - so it doesn't count.

Spanish? I'm jealous, I wish I could speak a second language. I don't know what it's like over there, but in Europe everyone speak English so we get so arrogant that when we go away we don't even try. It's pretty pathetic.

Ahh man, let's just swap for a year or 12? I couldn't pick a town/city in the States that I'd like to visit more than another, Anchorage is right up there, Alaska is an ambition for me, too much of "Into the Wild" for me perhaps. Spain and Portugal are cool, but Eastern Europe is better, like Tallinn or Riga...

Wow, I'm definitely jealous. I see you listen to a lot of my favourite band. [artist]The National[/artist], I'd follow them for ever. I take it you've done Europe then?

Fair play. I'm massively jealous, my biggest dream is to tour the States. Was coming over for Burning Man, but I'm not sure I'd ever leave. NYC, I'd like to live there and I'm from London. Boo. You're listening to some good shit.
