To be honest, there aren't many Merzbow-CDs I've listened to more than once; most of my plays come from the complete Merzbox, which is really interesting to hear since it perfectly shows the progress in Merzbow's sound (and evolution in noise in general). I'm more into the newer, non-analog works. 'Sha Mo 3000' is my favorite so far beside '1930' and easier stuff like 'Merzbeat' and 'Merzbird' etc

yar, thats true, but at least its not in your face like a few ive heard. i think a good one to listen to is Ultima Thulee... if you dont want alot of black metal vocals. but ive listened to Mort, Ultima Thulee, and The Work Which Transforms God, and i think they're all great, but ive been desensitized by the likes of Deathspell Omega, Xasthur, Burzum, leviathan, etc etc. those ambient BM bands

Electric Wizard (along with the usual majority of stoner doom bands these days) are hard for me to handle in large quantity. Even an entire song is hard to get through. I'm growing out of the hard, long riffs these days. I've been overdosing on black and death lately. Even pop-rock is catching my fancy. Maybe it's EW's vocals that I dislike out of all. I recently discovered Thrones, amazing.

Amazingly, it's me LOL. I have my head down and a television in the background. And I inverted it because normally it doesn't look 'cool' enough.

It's good to see some music finally creeping its way onto your charts once again. It was getting pretty barren watching it lie dormant for the time it did. Plus you have a pretty damn good taste in music. I'm amazed that you're not a neighbor.

The summer camp I went to kicked ass. But I'm too old to go to it now. And too young to work at it. So summer sucks the fat one.
