You might have heard of Mono Stereo; They're this cool Swedish shoegaze band I discovered a while ago, I think you would like them! ahh, well you know the fucked up thing is.. I never ended up going. ergh. I went off to visit a friend, his house mate was having a free gig, so went to that instead. there was free booze (got totally wasted, ha) and several upcoming Sydney Shoegaze bands playing, fucking brilliant stuffs! I didn't pre buy tickets to Cog, so it's not like I wasted any money.

I do hope they come back to Sydney sometime and The Horrors - I missed seeing them too. damn Oxford Art Factory having only 18+ gigs, I was a month off being 18 when both gigs were on.. yeah, The New Normal is my favourite, I'm hoping they will play some of the album.

I saw A Sound Mind at The Gaelic a few weekends ago. otherwise haven't been to much else, seeing Cog tomorrow night thought!
