Hi Motters, good to hear from you. New place you say? Wifi set up... I hope to see you listening online more. I'm creeping up on 20K artists. I would have never believed I would amass this many back when I started in 2010. I have banked so many great artists I would have never known existed if it wasn't for your recommendation to open a LFM account. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year! It's raining right now as a matter of fact :) Today is the first official beer friday since Memorial Day. Noone will be here cause Mr. F will be taking 1/2 day off today. I expect this place to be a ghost town by 4:30P. I'm looking forward to those 80's all week next week. Hopefully the really hot stuff is behind us. Have a great weekend brotha! TGIBF and such!

Hey broseph, I gotta be honest and say that I'm ready for fall now. I'll have a little mini vaca on the Labor Day weekend. As far as the VK scrobbler, if you have a VK account and listen to music from the VK site, all you need to do is install the VK scrobbler as a chrome extension. VK also has styles you can add to your chrome extensions as well. I still use the LFMFMP while listening from last.fm site. Many times though I just select a song that I like and generate a similar songs list on VK and just listen until I hear another song I really like... then I add the song to my VK library. A good way to really increase your library on last.fm as well. Mines always increasing now... probably a few dozen new artists every day.

TGI1/2DBF broseph! Been hotter than Hades here lately. Looking forward to a week in the 80's next week. Just saw Suicide Squad last night. Fairly weak story line but still very entertaining. Pretty dark but I found that to be part of the entertainment. Will Smith and Margot Robbie were awesome. Have a good weekend! Cheers!

Hi Motters, the storm caused quite a bit of damage in my neighborhood. We lost power for a couple of days as well. That sucked... mainly trying to keep food from spoiling. We got 3" of rain in about 45 minutes during the storm. Things are back to normal though. Cleanup ongoing... well at least for those with bradford pears and silver maples LOL. Fall will be here before you know it.

Right on, thanks Motters! June seems to be ending in its usual fashion... hot and humid. Been coming across lots of good music. Too bad they still have not progressed with this site. Maybe there is no intention to - who knows. The 4th will be here before you know it... cheers!

Britt will be headed to Rogers State in the fall to pursue nursing. Kit will be graduating from TU in the fall. We're in the process of moving her out and she will be getting married in July. Kit had a double major so she couldn't quite get it done in time to graduate in the spring. The party I'm having will be for my niece as well... just graduated from BA as well. You know I was getting so good at Eaglepoint I resisted learning Civil for a while. Once I realized the power of the program, especially with the automatic updating of the profile and xsections when the alignment was changed... I quickly got on board. Takes a while to set up styles, sheets settings, blocks, etc. but once that is done everything is just more simple period.

Yep, summer hours start next week. Wish it was this week. I'm throwing a big graduation party tmrw so I could use the time to prepare. Things are well in the office. I am becoming a wiz at civil 3d. Eaglepoint has been shelved forever. We have moved on finally. Have a great weekend brah!

Heh, yeah I noticed that when I closed Last.fm yesterday evening. I'd probably have over 200K plays if I scrobbled what I listen to every night on VK from my phone. I have a portable Bose speaker that I bluetooth to while working in the garden.

Hey Motter's - yeah, I saw Bear's Den in concert with Mumford and Sons. i listened to them a lot after that concert for a while. I also have a pic of Bek and I with that band. Yeah, everything is still pretty jacked up on this site. It honesty appears to me that they have decided to just forget the idea of parity with the old site's functionality. I haven't noticed anything worth commenting about in months now. Last is still broken as far as I'm concerned.

Right on Motters, thanks. The storms moved north of Tulsa... came very close to Joe's house in Claremore. I've been working on a flagstone path and putting in a couple of new planting beds in the back. Everything is growing like crazy right now... soon I'll be opening the pool - probably early May. It would be good to see more rain. This whole area of the country could use some rain. You know how it is with weather around here though. Feast or famine.

Only one week left til DST. Let the complaining begin! Personally I can't wait. I can work after dinner again... and summer hours are approaching. Nice. TGIBF and such. Cheers!

The LFMFMP won't scrobble for me any more. I've been scrobbling from VK now for quite some time. I'm always on VK when playing. I can make playlists there too.

Hey Motters, you really need to go see it then! too bad you can't come and see at Warren Theater in BA. Yeah, I am hoping we won't have that last blast in March... we'll see. Been steady work around here which is great considering our state income is plummeting. Good thing there's Federal monies coming in or we wouldn't get anything done. Have a great weekend bro! Have you seen Episode 7 yet? Just curious. Man I am discovering so much good music lately. Can't complain about that :) Look like the cold will break for the weekend finally. It's about time. It has been so damn gloomy and cold the past few weeks. I'm ready for some yellow-face.

Howdy Mottly, you know I think you're right about Last.fm... at this rate it probably will take a few more years to restore its former glory (if ever)... as far as my playlists - the answer is hell no I don't have any unfortunately. None of my plays scrobble through last right now so I am solely playing through VK.com. I still open last and refer to my artists and loved tracks to generate lists of what I want to play. If you get on VK then let me know... I'll send you my username. I refuse to play with Spotify and will not install it. It would be great to have the groups back as well. I'd say I have about 5 friends that keep in touch... haven't talked with any of the others since the Beta fiasco started last year. On another note, Happy New Year my friend! live long and prosper ;)

Wowo, it's been too long since I visited. Funny, I was thinking of popping in on your page this weekend. Been really busy, work has been steady. Just cut my old apple tree down last weekend. been slowly decorating house for Halloween. Yes the LFMFMP is back in action. Don't know if you witnessed any of the epic fail when last.fm was switching over to beta but there were some pretty bad days in there. Still no groups, no personalization. Old last.fm is no more. the question is whether they can make this new interface as good as the old. We'll see. I use Seesu and VK.com to play music now too. Both are excellent options. Seesu will scrobble to last. VK.com will too but you have to have Lastique installed.

Yessir, already been to Jakes 3 times... with different coupons. You know I am preparing for the biggest fam party of the year at my house. Today is Friday for me. I'm off for the next 5 days. Hey there Motters! You know the weather has been crazy but at the end of the day when the summer kicks in, I will be so glad that we are no longer in a drought. 7 years... at least by my calculations. That's long enough. Looks like KF has put out the job descriptions for some help. We're swamped. I'm busting out work as fast as possible. I feel sorry for anyone who is lured into this office. I will stay as long as I have to but my career needs a step away from KF and I will be very active in making that happen after I test. You should check out the new album from Django Django... good stuff there

I can only imagine how nice it would be to have access to a nursery... man I have only scratched the surface with the planting I want to do at my house. Glad to hear you are crazy busy. That's a comforting thing these days. The twisters missed us thankfully. Looks like spring has been ushered in the old-fashioned way in the Sooner state :)

Well, it's that time of year again... office is decked out upstairs thanks to Julie and me. Enjoying the last work day of the year for me. Won't be back until Jan. 5th... wOOOt! I saw the Black Keys and St. Vincent in concert last Saturday at the BOK. Good stuff I tell ya :) Looking forward to Christmas and New Years, it will be fun watching the girls open presents.
