hey, i have a computer. and im on last.fm... wow! I was trying to figure out how to scrobble from vlc but i cant figure out how on ubuntu yet. anyways, i came to see if you still scrobble, and you do six hours ago. heres where life gets weird. So i noticed your last listen was a band named songs ohia. i just found out they existed earlier today. But not because i was looking for something like them. Actually im working on organizing my music because i havent touched it in 2 years, boy have i missed stuff not on spotify. in a search for more information on and old band, i came across a soundcloud put up 4 years ago featuring some songs ive never heard before. one was a songs ohia cover, heres a link: https://soundcloud.com/sean-flora/whip-poor-will-songs-ohia-cover?in=deborah-smith-3/sets/57-octaves-below 57 octaves below ran away to portland, had members of wake up on fire. anyways, im on soulseek again (you know my user name) im working on ripping my cds into flac. check it out.

welcome back! I've checked your profile every once in a while, awaiting your return. I had something weird like that happen to me earlier this week. Spotify's weekly playlist for me featured a Prince song from the album 1999 (I have no problem with Prince, I've just never explored his music much) and then that evening I randomly got on facebook and a friend was sharing a live video of some guy making wire art and I was intrigued so I watched for a bit and he was playing records and the 2nd record he put on was Prince's 1999. I think that song they covered is on the album I'm listening to right now! Anyway, good to have you back and I'll check that soul seeker next time I'm on my desktop computer...which could be months from now.

That is astounding. I have to assume that was a band level call. Otherwise I don't know why the label went nuts with their stuff and nobody else's. Their discography is probably split up among a couple different labels anyway. Kind of an asshole move...

I've seen some great sets to unappreciative bastards, but it usually doesn't keep me from enjoying myself. I probably come off as a total asshole sometimes, especially if I get kinda rowdy. Shit I was at a punk show not too long ago in Austin where I was slammin' kinda hard, guess I pissed someone off, I kinda slip and fall, dude punches me while I'm on the floor, I don't even fight back (but I do spit in his face and just start laughing) but I'M the one who ends up getting thrown out. Dude prolly had friends there, but still c'mon it's a fucking punk rock show. Either way they can suck me or fuck off.

it was good, immortal technique was enjoyable, a tribe called quest did great i was glad to get to see them, wu-tang was much better this time. My lauryn hill wasnt good in my opinion and snoop dogg was silly. Im not really a snoop fan, but he did do the next episode so taht was enjoyable.
