Agh I completely forgot this week was SXSW! Even if I had known, though, I probably wouldn't have planned to go because I didn't think I knew anyone in Austin who would be willing to go with me to the free shows. I forgot that you've been the past few years, right? Let me know if you see any great bands I should listen to.

If by area you mean Galveston, then hell no. I really miss Austin and would love to go back! Not so sure about the rest of Texas. Have you heard anything about the job market for recent college grads? How are the BMEs faring with finding jobs?

Sorry about your computer :( Glad to hear you enjoy your research project, though! Nothing's really changed for me since October. My job is still pretty boring. I don't have much to do and there's hardly ever any technical or engineering projects. I'll probably start looking for another job in the fall.

Not yet. I'm going to work here for probably 2-3 years and then start looking for something else. The economy should be better by then, anyway. Dunn's lab does optics, right? I thought you were more interested in devices and EE stuff. What are you working on?

Hey! Everything's pretty good. My job is sort of boring and Galveston is pretty lame, but it's not forever. If you're ever in Galveston, give me a call! I miss our old BME crowd. What about you? Did you get into Pearce's lab or some other EE lab?
