It's fairly interesting for sure. I really like the 80s-ish sounds too. My whole theory on the album is that it's an homage to her musical influences and pop music of the past, with a bit of Gaga flair thrown in. I think Bloody Mary is really cool in how Disney-villain/showtunes it is. But Fashion of His Love is probably my favorite. I don't think it's the strongest song, but I love how it's absolutely saturated in 80s pop. But yeah, I'm not exactly ready to call it my album of the year, let alone of the decade as Gaga claims.

Well, she only has two albums--both very good--but I've only heard her latest one (Wounded Rhymes) in its entirety and I absolutely love it. The two songs I've only heard from her first one are Little Bit and I'm Good, I'm Gone, so check those two out. For Wounded Rhymes, listen to I Follow Rivers, Sadness Is a Blessing, and Rich Kid Blues. I suppose then you can gauge which album you'd prefer starting with.

I really like her instrumentation but I find her voice to be a bit unspectacular. I'm going to listen to Roadkill and probably relisten to Hydrophobia because I do like her so far and can see myself getting more into her the more I listen.
