Hi there, while you're listening to "porcupine tree", I just want to recommend my new album "A matter of gravity" now released through bandcamp for download. Style can be described as "dreamy post pop" with a scoop of "progressive - art rock". The album comes with a nice digital booklet and cover-artwork. Click here: http://starfish64.bandcamp.com You name the price (no minimum)! So you may aswell download it for free. So don't hesitate cheers st64

It's my favourite one of Seether too .. as you can tell by my name :P ... the Saron Gas version is much better than the newer one. It's cool that you like Coheed And Cambria too :)

Haha, the girls when INSANE for him though. Most the females left after him. Too bad, they missed an intense show from Thrice. The two most notable ones were The Earth Will Shake, in which two members from the other bands came out with floor toms and played them for the "We dream of ways to break these iron bars" at the end and Image Of The Invisible where two of the singer from the other bands came out and helped out with the "We are the image of the invisible" chant. One was Kevin Divine. One thing I can say though is he was atleast funny. But between having girls scream at such a high octave that my ears felt like they were going to bust open, and his annoyingly high instrumentals and voice, I just lost it.

I agree. I just saw Thrice live. They were amazing and the crowd was brutal. There was some heavy moshing going on. They played 17 songs. All The World Is Mad, The Weight, The Artist In The Ambulance, Of Dust And Nations, The Earth Will Shake, Firebreather, The Messenger, A Song For Milly Michaelson, Circles, Doublespeak, Hold Fast Hope, Silhouette, Red Sky, In Exile, Image Of The Invisible, To Awake and Avenge The Dead and Beggars as the encore. There were three bands, two of which I can suggest. The Dig, and The Bad Veins. The third was Kevin Divine and I cannot suggest him. It was just hard to listen to.

Haha, yeah. It's actually kind sad, the story behind the band that originally did Beyond The Sun. If you want, their name is 3AE and the CD with Beyond The Sun is offered legally for download on their site. If you read the opening notice on the site, you'll know why it's legally there. They sound like Shinedown so I'm sure you'd love them. And yeah. Alot of people say it was bad, but I actually prefer it over Lynyrd Skynyrd's version. Another good cover from a new band is a song called Cry Little Sister by Seasons After. I could take up four more messages with all the good covers I know so I'll stop here. xD

Can't go wrong with them. If you're into the harder stuff, The Melting Point Of Wax, Like Moths To Flame, Image Of The Invisible, |Cold Cash, Colder hearts|, Deadbolt, The Arsonist and The Messenger are really good places to start. If you'd rather start softer, A Song for Milly Michaelson, Broken Lungs, Moving Mountains and Daedalus are all good places to start.

Haha, they are epic. It's a shame, but hopefully soon enough they'll be large enough to afford a travel over there. if it makes you feel any better, my city isn't a hugely frequented one. I usually have to travel 2 1/2, 3 hours to get to show. I study Musical Theory so I'm pretty opinionated about music. I just really don't like when there's a lack of respect for other peoples music just because of what they've done. Music is music and should be enjoyed and praised on it's own merits in it's genre.
